Jersey Cares is an organisation whose vision is for all people with experience of care to know love, belonging and opportunity. It was created by people with experience of care and politicians, civil servants and charity leads. Inspired and supported by Scotland’s ‘The Promise’ vision and plan, they have grown to believe it is entirely possible for ‘care’ to enable children to heal and be happy, rather than, too often, provide a further trauma which a lifetime struggles to erase.
